Jakarta (B2B) - Sekretaris Jenderal Partai Nasional Demokrat (Nasdem) Patrice Rio Capella diperiksa sebagai saksi oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) dalam kasus dugaan pemberian suap kepada hakim dan panitera Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN) Medan, Sumatera Selatan.
Patrice yang tiba di gedung KPK pada Rabu pagi pukul 09:00 langsung masuk ke lobi dan menolak menjawab pertanyaan wartawan.
Pelaksana harian Kepala Biro Humas KPK Yuyuk Andriyati di Jakarta, Rabu, mengatakan Patrice Rio Capella diperiksa sebagai saksi untuk tersangka Gubernur Sumatera Utara, Gatot Pujo Nugroho dan istri keduanya, Evy Susanti.
"Keterangan yang bersangkutan dibutuhkan oleh penyidik," kata Yuyuk.
Saat ini KPK juga sedang melakukan penyelidikan terkait pengajuan hak interpelasi kepada Gatot sebagai Gubernur Sumatera Utara.
KPK juga sudah memeriksa puluhan anggota DPRD Sumatera Utara periode 2009-2014 dan 2014-2019 terkait perkara ini.
Dalam sidang 17 September 2015 terungkap pembicaraan antara Evy Susanti dan staf Gatot bernama Mustafa yang mengungkapkan bahwa Gatot ingin kasus dugaan korupsi dana bantuan sosial yang ditangani Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Utara dilimpahkan ke Kejaksaan Agung karena Kejaksaan Agung dipimpin oleh H.M Prasetyo yang merupakan kader Partai Nasdem.
Jakarta (B2B) - Secretary General of Indonesia's National Democratic Party Patrice Rio Capella examined as a witness by the Indonesia Anti-graft Commission or KPK in the case of alleged bribery of judges and clerk at the State Administrative Court of Medan, South Sumatra province.
Mr Capella who arrived at the KPK building on Wednesday morning at 09:00 am straight into lobby and refused to answer questions from journalists.
The Daily Executive Head of Public Relations Yuyuk Andriyati the KPK on Wednesday said Mr Capella examined as a witness to suspect of North Sumatra Governor Gatot Pujo Nugroho and his second wife, Evy Susanti.
"Investigators the KPK requires information from Mr. Capella," Mrs Andriyati said.
Currently the KPK is also doing an investigation related to the filing interpellation right to Mr. Nugroho as the Governor of North Sumatra.
KPK has reviewed dozens of North Sumatra provincial lawmaker from the period 2009-2014, and 2014-2019 related to similar cases.
In the hearing on 17 September 2015, revealed talks between Evy Susanti and staff governor Nugroho, Mustafa who revealed that his boss wants the alleged corruption case social assistance funds handled by the High Court of North Sumatra devolved to the Attorney General of Indonesia, because the Attorney General is HM Prasetyo also leader of National Democratic Party.
