Jakarta (B2B) - Penerimaan negara sektor minyak dan gas bumi (migas) 2013 terancam tidak mencapai target Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) 2013, karena produksi minyak siap jual (lifting) tahun ini diproyeksi lebih rendah dari target yang ditetapkan.
Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) memperkirakan penerimaan negara lebih rendah 6,9%-11,9% menjadi US$ 29,5 miliar-US$ 27,9 miliar dibandingkan target US$31,7 miliar.
Kepala SKK Migas, Rudi Rubiandini mengatakan proyeksi rendahnya pendapatan karena realisasi lifting minyak tahun ini hanya 830 ribu-850 ribu barel per hari (bph).
"Parameter yang digunakan saat menghitung asumsi di APBN mengalami perubahan sehingga yang ada saat ini merupakan angka realistis," kata dia.

The Upstream Oil and Gas Executive Task Force (SKKMIGAS) estimates state revenue from oil and gas to reach US$ 29.5 billion this year.
Chief of SKKMIGAS Rubi Rubiandini explained that the low revenue projection is due to actual oil lifting only reaching up to 850,000 barrels per day (bpd) this year.
“The parameter used when calculating the assumption in State Budget is changed, thus the current figure is the realistic figure,” he said.
