Jakarta (B2B) - Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi kembali menangkap satu orang terkait dengan kasus dugaan suap pengurusan tanah di Jonggol, Jawa Barat.
"Baru saja KPK membawa satu lagi terkait pengembangan OTT (Operasi Tangkap Tangan) kemarin," kata Juru Bicara KPK Johan Budi di Jakarta, Rabu.
Laki-laki yang mengenakan kemeja cokelat tersebut tiba di gedung KPK Jakarta pada sekitar pukul 10.20 WIB.
Menurut informasi yang dikumpulkan, orang itu adalah Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) kabupaten Bogor dari Fraksi Partai Demokrat Iyus Juher.
Berselang beberapa waktu kemudian, penyidik KPK kembali membawa masuk seorang pria pada pukul 11.00 WIB, namun belum diketahui siapa orang tersebut.
KPK pada Selasa (16/4) sore menangkap tujuh orang di tempat peristirahatan (rest area) Sentul, Bogor.
Ketujuh orang tersebut adalah direktur PT Gerindo Perkasa (GP) STT (Sentot), supir STT, W (Willy) dari swasta, N (Nana) yang yang punya kaitan dengan PT GP, sopir W, I (Imam) yang berasal dari pihak swasta dan U (Usep) yang merupakan salah satu staf di pemerintah kabupaten Bogor.
Ketujuhnya ditangkap karena terkait pengurusan izin lokasi tanah yang berada di kecamatan Tanjung Sari kabupaten Bogor seluas 100 hektare yang diperuntukkan bagi lahan makam.
"KPK punya waktu 1 x 24 jam untuk memutuskan status pihak-pihak yang diamankan penyidik," tambah Johan.
Selain barang bukti sebesar Rp800 juta, KPK juga mengamankan dua mobil yang dipakai oleh para terperiksa. PT GP beralamat di Cibubur Square yaitu rest area KM 10 di jalan tol Jagorawi.
