Jakarta (B2B) - Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Jawa Barat periode 2013-2018 diperkirakan berlangsung satu putaran. Pasalnya, salah satu calon gubernur dan wakil gubernur Jawa Barat memiliki tingkat elektabilitas 30,80% yakni pasangan Ahmad Heryawan dan Deddy Mizwar.
Perkiraan tersebut berdasarkan hasil jajak pendapat yang dilakukan Pusat Kajian Kebijakan dan Pembangunan Strategis (Puskaptis). Survei dilakukan pada 2-7 Februari 2013 yang diikuti 1.250 responden dari 26 kabupaten dan kota secara acak. Metode survei adalah multi stage random sampling dengan margin error sebesar 1,8 sampai 2,5%.
"Kalau melihat tren dan kondisi riil elektabilitas hari ini, potensi untuk Pemilihan Gubernur Jawa Barat satu putaran, karena salah satu calon sudah menyentuh di angka 30 persen," kata Direktur Eksekutif Puskaptis, Husin Yazid kepada pers di Jakarta, Minggu (10/2).
Dari hasil survei, pasangan Ahmad Heryawan dan Deddy Mizwar memiliki tingkat elektabilitas 30,80%, Dede Yusuf dan Lex Laksamana (27,04%), Rieke Diah Pitaloka-Teten Masduki (18,40%), Irianto MS Safiuddin-Tatang Farhanul (15,20%) dan Dikdik M Arif dan Cecep NS Thoyib (1,76%).

Berdasarkan peraturan yang dikeluarkan Menteri Dalam Negeri bahwa pemilihan Gubernur Jawa Barat dapat dimenangkan apabila salah satu pasangan calon dapat meraih 30,1% suara.
Sementara dari kekuatan elektabilitas, menurut Husin Yazid, pasangan Aher-Deddy dan Dede-Lex memiliki potensi untuk menang, karena kedua pasangan yang diusung oleh PKS dan Demokrat itu memiliki kekuatan yang hampir merata.
"Kedua calon memiliki potensi untuk menang, karena setiap kali kita survei, selalu terjadi perbedaan yang sangat sengit antara dua persen sampai tiga persen. Selain itu juga ada penguasaan wilayah antara 2 kandidat ini, contohnya Aher dan Dede yang sama-sama menguasai 10 kabupaten kota," kata Yazid.
