Jakarta (B2B) - Terkait putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) yang meminta pemerintah segera membentuk organisasi atau badan pengganti BP Migas, Ketua PP Muhammadiyah Din Syamsuddin mensinyalir hanya sekadar berganti nama. Pasalnya, secara substantif tidak berbeda sebelum keluarnya putusan MK.
Beberapa jam usai keluarnya putusan pembubaran BP Migas oleh MK, pemerintah langsung menggelar rapat terbatas di kantor Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM). Rapat itu menghasilkan keputusan dibentuknya unit kerja pengganti BP Migas yang berada langsung di bawah Kementerian ESDM.
Unit kerja itu disebut Unit Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (UPKUH Migas). Terbentuknya unit kerja ini sesuai dengan amanat putusan MK yang megharuskan seluruh fungsi dan tugas BP Migas dikembalikan ke kementerian terkait.
"Secara substantif tidak adanya sebelum keluar putusan MK. Hanya berganti nama dan pindah tempat saja," kata Din Syamsuddin usai Peringatan Milad Muhammadiyah ke-100 di Gelora Bung Karno, Senayan, Jakarta, Minggu 18 November 2012.

Jakarta (B2B) - Concerning the decision of Constitutional Court asking the government to soon set up institution/agency replacing BP Migas, Chair of PP Muhammadiyah Din Syamsuddin, indicates that it is only a matter of name changing because substantially the situation is not different from the one before the Court issued the decision.
Several hours after the issuance of decision to dissolve BP Migas by the Court, the government immediately organized closed meeting in Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. The meeting decided to set
up a working unit to replace BP Migas directly under the auspices of the Ministry.
The unit is named as UPKUH Migas (Working Unit of Oil and Gas Exploration Activity). The establishment of this unit is based on the Court’s decision requiring that all functions and duties of BP Migas must be re-submitted to the related ministry.
“Substantially, there is no difference before and after the decision is issued by the Court. It only changes name and address,” says Din Syamsuddin after attending the celebration of 100th Muhammadiyah Anniversary in Gelora Bung Karno Senayan, Jakarta on Sunday (18/11).
